    By Emma Loura

USD 383 officials are not renewing the contract for Bergman Elementary principal Haley Lawson.

The Manhattan-Ogden school board on Wednesday will make a final decision on the non-renewal for the 2025-26 school year, according to meeting documents.

That means she will leave at the end of her current contract. The school year for the district ends Friday.

Superintendent Eric Reid declined to comment on the reason for this decision, saying personnel matters are confidential.
