    RCPD arrests Texas man on fraud and theft charges

    A Texas man was arrested Saturday on a Riley County District Court warrant, alleging theft, criminal use of a financial card and other related crimes involving technology.
    According to the Riley County Police Department, 31-year-old Ryan McIntosh is charged with four counts of unlawful acts involving computers, four counts of identity theft, two counts of criminal use of a financial card, theft and attempted theft. He was also arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
    An online criminal complaint alleges the crimes occurred in December 2024.
    McIntosh was issued a total bond of $15,750 and was no longer confined as of Monday’s arrest report.
