Andrei Karpechenkov, 29, of Palm Coast, FL was arrested for battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, assault of a law enforcement officer, and interference with a law enforcement officer. Karpechenkov was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
