Rostyn Rothwell, 17, of Hallsville, TX was arrested on June 16, 2025 at approximately 8:00 a.m. for aggravated robbery. Rothwell was issued no bond and remains confined at the North Central Kansas Regional Juvenile Detention Center at the time of this report. This arrest is in connection to a report filed for aggravated robbery in the 1500 block of Pipher Ln. in Manhattan on April 11, 2025.
Christopher Troy, 36, of Leonardville was arrested on June 16, 2025, at approximately 2:44 p.m. on a Marion County District Court warrant for probation violation. Troy was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery, intimidation of a victim, domestic battery, and criminal deprivation of property in Manhattan on June 16, 2025, at approximately 2:14 p.m. A 29-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a 34-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Jonathan White, 34, of Manhattan was arrested on June 16, 2025, at approximately 3:28 p.m. for aggravated domestic battery, intimidation of a victim and criminal deprivation of property. White was issued a total bond of $6,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
