    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1000 block of Kearney St. in Manhattan on June 20, 2025, at approximately 6:10 a.m. A 22-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his Coleman minibike. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,200. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for arson in the 14400 block of Senn Rd. in Leonardville on June 20, 2025, at approximately 5:46 p.m. A 72-year-old man was listed as the victim and a 30-year-old man was listed as the suspect when it was reported the suspect started a fire which damaged a wheat field. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,000.

    Officers filed a report for arson near the intersection of Walsburg Rd. and Madison Creek Rd. in Leonardville on June 20, 2025, at approximately 5:46 p.m. A 40-year-old man and a 41-year-old man were listed as the victims and a 30-year-old man was listed as the suspect when it was reported the suspect started a fire which damaged a wheat field and equipment. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,250.

    Ryan McIntosh, 31, of Corpus Christi, TX was arrested on June 21, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m. on his Riley County District Court warrant for four counts of unlawful acts involving computers, four counts of identity theft, two counts of criminal use of a financial card, theft and attempted theft. McIntosh was also arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for Failure to appear. McIntosh was issued a total bond of $15,750 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in the 300 block of N 5th St. in Manhattan on June 22, 2025, at approximately 4:54 p.m.  A 53-year-old man was listed as the victim and a 40-year-old man was listed as the suspect when it was reported the suspect damaged the victims door and threatened to harm him. Joseph Rodriguez was arrested for aggravated assault and criminal damage to property. Rodriguez was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 200 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on June 22, 2025, at approximately 4:59 p.m. Turo Ride Share and a 31-year-old man were listed as the victims when it was reported an unknown woman took a 2019 Chevy Camaro. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $20,000. The vehicle was recovered later that day in Marion County. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for interference with law enforcement in the 200 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on June 22, 2025, at approximately 4:59 p.m. A 31-year-old man was listed as the suspect when it was reported he provided false information to police concerning the disappearance of a child. Antony Houze, 31, of Wichita, KS was arrested for interference with law enforcement. Houze was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for domestic battery in Manhattan on June 22, 2025, at approximately 5:37 p.m. A 33-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a 23-year-old man was listed as the suspect. James Johnson, 23, of Manhattan, KS was arrested for domestic battery. Johnson was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
