Multiple incidents were reported by the RCPD over the weekend of June 28-29, 2025, including thefts, domestic disturbances, and a kidnapping arrest.

Among the cases was the arrest of Ivan Krdzic, 36, of Santa Rosa, California. Krdzic was taken into custody in the 100 block of E. Poyntz Avenue on June 28. He faces multiple charges including kidnapping with intent to inflict bodily harm or terrorize, domestic battery, stalking, criminal threat, harassment via telecommunications device, and criminal deprivation of property. He is confined at the Riley County Jail with a bond set at $350,000.

Another arrest was made early June 29, when 21-year-old Isaac Magana of Fort Riley was taken into custody in the 1000 block of N. 11th Street for driving under the influence. His bond was set at $750. A third arrest involved 37-year-old Justin Scott Roatch of Manhattan for failure to appear in court, with a bond set at $208.

The police also responded to a range of other incidents, including domestic disturbances, several non-injury vehicle accidents, and a reported larceny at Walmart. Officers also recovered found property at the Aggieville Substation and responded to reports of a stolen item from The Links at Manhattan Apartments.
