Kimberly Kilgore, 38, of Wamego, was arrested on July 25, 2025, at approximately 11:57 a.m. at the 1000 block of Seth Child Road on a Johnson County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Kilgore was issued a total bond of $20,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Raymond McNett II, 52, of Pleva, KS, was arrested on July 25, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m. a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The warrant stems from an original charge of driving under the influence. McNett II was issued no bond and remains confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery and aggravated battery in the 3600 block of Everett Drive in Manhattan on July 25, 2025, at approximately 11:10 p.m. A 17-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported unknown suspects battered him in his driveway and stole personal property. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

Officers responded to a report of an injury crash in the 6300 Block of Fort Riley Blvd., on July 25, 2025 at 11:35 p.m. Kansas Highway Patrol responded and filed the crash report while RCPD officers assisted on the crash scene. Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary in the 1400 block of Anderson Avenue, on July 26, 2025, at approximately 5:30 a.m. A 57-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported two unknown suspects entered into a locked dwelling without permission and stole personal property. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

Officers responded to a report of an unconscious male on July 27, 2025, at approximately 7:05 a.m., in the 200 block of Fort Riley Blvd. A 24-year-old male was found unresponsive upon arrival. The male was transported via ambulance to Via Christi for treatment and later released. Alyzae Moreno, 24, of Newton, was arrested at approximately 10:35 a.m. in the 1800 block of College Avenue. Moreno was arrested for possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and for driving on a suspended license. He was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
