Robert Gibbons, 35, of Manhattan, was arrested on July 28, 2025, at approximately 5:54 p.m. on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from the original charge of criminal threat. Gibbons was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
