    Manhattan, Kan. –

    Donte Long, 24, of Manhattan was arrested on a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation on July 2, 2025, at approximately 6:25 a.m. Long was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Eleanor Fisher, 49, of Manhattan was arrested on a Geary County District Court warrant for probation violation on July 2, 2025, at approximately 8:57 a.m. Fisher was issued a total bond of $25,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 100 block of Deep Creek Rd. in Manhattan on July 2, 2025, at approximately 9:32 a.m. Bayer Construction was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took construction materials. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $11,194. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Tristen Jepsen, 26, of St George was arrested on two Riley County District Court warrants for residential burglary, theft, and aggravated battery. Jepsen was issued a total bond of $14,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
