A Manhattan man is jailed on a host of charges after Riley County Police say he interfered with police trying to execute a felony arrest warrant.

22-year-old Yabdiel Rodriguez faces two counts of interference, for trying to flee from being arrested Wednesday afternoon. He was also charged with two counts of interference with law enforcement and possession of an opiate, stemming from an incident reported on Sunday.

Additionally, Rodriguez was arrested on a Riley County District Court Warrant, from an April 5 complaint alleging aggravated assault, unlawful discharge of a firearm within city limits and disorderly conduct.

He remains jailed on a $27,000 bond.
