Authorities say a Manhattan man has been arrested on multiple counts of crimes against children, stemming from an October 2024 report.

Twenty-four-year-old Kenneth Kelley turned himself in Monday on 13 counts of electronic solicitation of a child under 14, and 12 counts of promoting obscenity to minors.

Kelley reportedly believed he was communicating with two girls under the age of 14.

Police list the state of Kansas as the victim in the case. No further details have been released.

Kelley was booked and later released on a $125,000 bond.
