    The RCPD responded to 15 incidents between August 9 and the morning of August 10, 2025, including an injury accident in the 10700 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard near Leonardville, an assault in the 7000 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard in Manhattan, and a battery in the 1100 block of Moro Street. Officers also investigated a DUI in the same area, multiple cases of found property, a juvenile problem in Ogden, suspicious activity at The Quarters in Manhattan, and served several warrants.

    Six arrests were made during this period. Francisco Antonio Humberto, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested early Sunday in the 1100 block of Moro Street for driving under the influence, with bond set at $750. Antwione Dupree Baggett Jr., 19, and Whitney Terrell Hamilton, 26, both of Manhattan, were arrested on failure-to-appear warrants, with Baggett’s bond at $750 and Hamilton’s at $2,000. George McGrew IV, 26, of Manhattan, was jailed for probation violation. Ethan Hunter Langston, 21, of Junction City, was arrested twice Saturday morning on separate failure-to-appear warrants totaling $200 bond.
