Officers filed a report in the 300 block of N 5th St. in Manhattan on August 14, 2025, at approximately 5:50 p.m for distribute opiate/narcotic/certain stim/heroin; <3.5 grams within 1000 ft of school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance and distribute opiate/narcotic/certain stim/heroin; dose <10 within 1000 ft of school. Cassidy Stockman, 31, of Manhattan was arrested for distribute opiate/narcotic/certain stim/heroin; <3.5 grams within 1000 ft of school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance and distribute opiate/narcotic/certain stim/heroin; dose <10 within 1000 ft of school. Stockman was issued a total bond of $20,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
