    RCPD Report: 8/7/25

    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 800 block of Colorado Street in Manhattan on August 6, 2025, at approximately 7:56 p.m. A 61-year-old man was listed as the victim and a 45-year-old man was listed as the suspect when it was reported he damaged a window. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $750.

    Bryce Williams, 43, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 6, 2025, at approximately 3:39 pm. at 100 Courthouse Plaza in Manhattan on a Riley County District Court warrant for violating the offender registration act. Williams was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Derek Blea, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 6, 2025, at approximately 11:40 a.m. in the 1000 block of Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for violating the offender registration act. Blea was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Tracy Tolliver, 38, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 6, 2025, at approximately 10:58 a.m. at 100 Courthouse Plaza in Manhattan, on a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation. Tolliver was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at this time of this report.

    Joseph Hodges, 50, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 6, 2025, at approximately 10:17 a.m. in the 2400 block of Claflin Road, on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Hodges was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
