    34-year-old accused of sexual battery, interference

    A Manhattan man was arrested early Saturday after police responded to a report of sexual battery.

    Riley County Police said officers were called to the 300 block of Poyntz Avenue around 12:43 a.m. Sept. 27. The report listed two counts of sexual battery and one count of interference with a law enforcement officer.

    Bryan Mosley, 34, of Manhattan, was arrested about 13 minutes later on the listed charges. He was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
