Kansas State edge rusher Jayshawn Ross was arrested early Wednesday morning in Crawford County and charged with distributing marijuana. K-State confirmed to The Mercury that Ross is no longer with the team.
Ross was arrested by the Arma Police Department. His bond was set for $15,000.
A former four-star and native of Kansas City, Missouri, Ross signed with Alabama as a linebacker in 2023 before transferring to K-State. The former top-150 prospect did not see game action against Iowa State or North Dakota.
