    K-State soccer falls 2-0 at Nebraska

    For the first time this season, Kansas State soccer came away from a match with a loss.

    The Wildcats (4-1-1) suffered two second-half goals by Nebraska (5-0-2) for their first loss of the season.

    Things looked promising to start for Colleen Corbin’s team out of the gate. Rilyn Rintoul was fouled near the penalty box, but it was ruled that the foul was committed outside the box. Instead of a penalty kick, K-State was awarded a free kick, which was missed.
