    K-State to make upgrades to Anderson, Ahearn, Kedzie halls after KBOR approves plan

    Among the items on a sweeping new master plan for K-State is making Anderson Hall the “front porch” of campus — in part by adding a front porch.

    The Kansas Board of Regents on Wednesday unanimously approved K-State’s Campus Master Plan for the next five years.

    That plan includes restoring Anderson Hall to its former glory, remodeling Ahearn as an event venue, turning part of Kedzie into an enrollment center and razing Shellenberger Hall to build a research building.
