A Manhattan man was arrested Sunday afternoon on a Riley County District Court warrant.

Riley County Police say 46-year-old Brian Havens was taken into custody around shortly before 3 p.m. in the 300 block of 5th Street. The warrant listed charges of failure to appear, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities said the arrest stems from original meth possession charges.
