Riley County Police officers arrested an Ogden man Wednesday, at 2:11 p.m. for over 30 charges, the man is now held in jail on a $100,000 bond.

Kyle Patrick Tarpey, 20, is charged with aggravated offender registration act violation, 27 counts of offender registration act violation and five counts of perjury. All registration violations involve person-based offenses.

An RCPD spokesperson said the arrest stems from a report filed in August. They would not confirm whether it’s connected to previous cases filed in court for Tarpey in Riley County and Pottawatomie County.
