Arthur Mickey Jr., 36, of Manhattan, was arrested on Sept. 16, 2025 at approximately 10:04 a.m. at 105 Courthouse Plaza in Manhattan on a Geary County District Court warrant for probation violation. Mickey was issued no bond and is no longer confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
