    On September 19, officers arrested Nevaeh Noel Collier, 24, of Manhattan, for domestic battery involving rude physical contact with a family or dating partner. Collier was booked into the Riley County Jail on a $2,000 bond. That same day, officers arrested Willison David Shimp, 27, of Manhattan, on a probation violation warrant. He was issued a $750 bond.

    Kyle Lee Hodges, 36, of St. George, was arrested Friday morning on a failure to appear warrant with a $500 bond. FAAUIGA Tamati Vilamu Lilo, 21, of Fort Riley, was also arrested for two counts of failure to appear with a combined $1,000 bond. Earlier that morning, Quamir Nazir Davis, 21, of Junction City, was taken into custody on a probation violation. His case was cleared with no bond required.

    In addition to the arrests, officers issued several citations. On September 15, Selena Espinoza, 20, of Manhattan, was cited for following too closely on Denison Avenue. On September 10, Gillian King, 20, also of Manhattan, received a citation for the same offense on South Manhattan Avenue. Alexandria Wisniewski, 39, of Manhattan, was cited for speeding on North Manhattan Avenue on September 18.
