    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property and aggravated assault in Manhattan on Sept. 21, 2025 at approximately 10:39 a.m. A 31-year-old man was listed as the victim and a 22-year-old woman was listed as the suspect.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated domestic battery and criminal damage to property in Manhattan on Sept. 21 at approximately 1:35 a.m. A 23-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a 23-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Joseph Snitker, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and criminal damage to property on Sept. 21 at approximately 2:29 a.m. Snitker was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Howard Amos, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested on Sept. 20 at approximately 3:57 p.m. in the 800 block of Colorado Street on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of domestic battery and criminal trespass. Amos was issued a total bond of $14,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated battery near intersection of Manhattan Avenue and Freemont Street on Sept. 20 at approximately 2:29 a.m. An 18-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect battered him and fled. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Quamir Davis, 21, of Junction City, was arrested on Sept. 19 at approximately 3:15 a.m. near Anderson Avenue and Wickham Road on a Geary County District Court warrant for probation violation. Davis was issued no bond and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
