    Nine people were arrested in Riley County between Saturday and early Sunday morning, according to the Riley County Police Department.

    Among those arrested was 36-year-old Emoni Marquise Ruffins of Junction City, charged with criminal discharge of a firearm after an incident in the 1100 block of Moro Street. He remains confined on a $5,000 bond.

    In separate incidents around Aggieville, officers arrested multiple individuals for disorderly conduct, including 24-year-old Lloyal Tyrun Autry and 19-year-old Losiah Thai Autry, both connected to a disturbance outside Tate’s, and 22-year-old Max William Franklin at Aggie Lounge.

    Other arrests included Paige Rhea Witzke, 20, of Manhattan, booked for domestic battery; Scott Douglas Habluetzel, 45, of Manhattan, held on a probation violation; Casandra Lyrae Pixler, 37, of Manhattan, on a warrant for failure to appear; Joshua Keith Downey, 29, of Manhattan, for criminal damage to property; and Koltyn Tomas Lee Moore, 30, of Manhattan, accused of making a criminal threat.

    Bond amounts in the cases ranged from $500 to $7,000.
