    Officers filed a report of aggravated assault at the intersection of Hayes Drive and McCall Road in Manhattan on Sept. 29, 2025 at approximately 11:36 p.m. A 30-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it reported an unknown male suspect pointed a handgun at her and drove away. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Sarah Drake, 35, of Park City, was arrested on Sept. 29 at approximately 6 p.m. in the 1000 block of Seth Child Road on a Sedgwick County District Court warrant for probation violation. Drake was issued a total bond of $20,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated battery in the 1100 block of Moro on Sept. 29 at approximately 4:26 p.m. Victims included a 24-year-old man and a 21-year-old man when it was reported an unknown suspect punched them last weekend. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Brian Havens, 46, of Manhattan, was arrested on Sept. 29 at approximately 3:21 p.m. in the 300 block of 5Th Street on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear; possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; and use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia. The warrant arrest stems from original charges of possession of meth. Havens was issued a total bond of $23,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
