    RCPD seeks tips in Airbnb burglary case

    Riley County Police are investigating a burglary reported Monday afternoon at an Airbnb north Manhattan.

    Officers filed the report Sept. 22 around 2:23 p.m. in the 2100 block of Northview Drive. Police said a 46-year-old woman reported that an unknown woman entered the rental property and took multiple items. The total loss was estimated at $1,000.

    Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact RCPD or Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Tips submitted through Crime Stoppers allow callers to remain anonymous and could qualify for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
