    ROUNDUP | Council Grove stays unbeaten; Blue Valley, Riley County notch 1st wins

    While Council Grove kept rolling and Wabaunsee stumbled, Blue Valley and Riley County both broke through for their first victories of the season in Week 3 action.

    Riley County edged Chapman 21-20 on the road Friday, holding off a late surge to earn its first win.
