    60-year-old man faces narcotics distribution charges

    Authorities have arrested a 60-year-old Manhattan man on multiple drug-related offenses.

    The Riley County Police Department executed a search warrant Monday evening in the 700 block of Colorado Street, charging Joseph Fabre with five total offenses, including distribution of narcotics within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of opiates and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture or cultivate a controlled substance.

    Fabre remains jailed on a $40,000 bond.
