One person was arrested after a hit-and-run crash Wednesday afternoon in Manhattan.

Riley County Police say officers were called just before 12:45 p.m. to Tuttle Creek Boulevard and Casement Road, where a 2011 Dodge Caliber driven by 27-year-old David Fliter of Manhattan was struck by another vehicle that left the scene.

Investigators later identified the driver as 60-year-old Kimberly Blasing, also of Manhattan. She was located about an hour later in the 400 block of Walters Drive and arrested for aggravated battery, DUI, driving without a valid license, and failing to provide information after a crash.

    Fliter declined medical transport.

Blasing remains in custody on an $8,000 bond.
