Family members testified Thursday that two women who say they were raped showed emotional changes after their attacks.
The trial for Gavin Haberman, a Manhattan man charged for the rape and aggravated sexual battery of two women in 2024, entered its third day Thursday in Riley County District Court.
Haberman denies both charges. The Mercury doesn’t identify the victims of sexual crimes.
