    K-State men’s Haggerty earns preseason All-America honor

    Junior guard P.J. Haggerty picked up another preseason honor on Tuesday when he was named to the CBS Sports preseason All-America Third Team.

    Haggerty was joined on the Third Team by St. John’s Zuby Ejiofor, Gonzaga’s Graham Ike, Houston’s Milos Uzan and N.C. State’s Darrion Williams. The First Team included Purdue’s Braden Smith and Trey Kaufman-Renn, Texas Tech’s JT Toppin, Kansas’ Darryn Peterson and UCLA’s Donovan Dent. The Second Team included Duke’s Cameron Boozer, BYU’s AJ Dybantsa, Kentucky’s Otega Oweh, Iowa’s Bennett Stirtz and Michigan’s Yaxel Lendeborg.
