A Topeka man was arrested Thursday evening following a police pursuit that led to multiple charges, including aggravated endangering of a child, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers initially filed the report at approximately 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 23 in the 700 block of Allen Road. The case involves allegations of aggravated endangering of a child, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, contributing to child misconduct, reckless driving, and two counts of interference with a law enforcement officer.
Jeremy Richmond, 33, of Topeka, was arrested about 18 minutes later at approximately 6:08 p.m. in the 2700 block of Buttonwood Drive in connection with the incident.
Richmond was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
