The case involves allegations of aggravated endangering of a child, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, contributing to child misconduct, reckless driving, and two counts of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Jeremy Richmond, 33, of Topeka, was arrested about 18 minutes later at approximately 6:08 p.m. in the 2700 block of Buttonwood Drive in connection with the incident.
