Conner Bruce, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested on Sept. 30, 2025 at approximately 2:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza in Manhattan on four Riley County District Court warrants for probation violation. This arrest stems from original charges that include four counts of theft and one count each for criminal deprivation of a firearm, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, attempted theft and making false information. Bruce was issued a total bond of $17,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of aggravated battery in Manhattan on Sept. 30 at approximately 7:55 p.m. A 43-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a known 44-year-old man was listed as the suspect.
