Officers filed a report of driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute at approximately 2:49 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2025, in the 400 block of Fort Riley Blvd. Dean Garvin, 54, of Ogden, was arrested for driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute at approximately 2:52 p.m. following a traffic stop. Garvin was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
