    RCPD Report: 10/30/25

    Mandy Torres, 45, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:12 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2025 in the 700 block of Griffith Drive in Manhattan on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of burglary, theft and criminal trespass. Torres was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Megan Mangiaracino, 32, of Alta Vista, was arrested at approximately 9:35 a.m. on Oct. 29 in the 600 block of Colorado on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of driving on a suspended license. Mangiaracino was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery at approximately 9:21 a.m. on Oct. 29 in Manhattan. A 45-year-old man was listed as the victim and a 25-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Zavier Cook, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 9:41 a.m. in Manhattan for aggravated domestic battery. Cook was issued a total bond of $15,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of burglary at approximately 6:18 a.m. on Oct. 29 in the 1100 block of Third Street. Antojitos El Sol was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect broke into the business and stole a cash register. The estimated total loss associated with this case is $1,280.
