    $2,100 in losses reported after local business break-in

    Riley County police are investigating a burglary reported Monday morning at a Manhattan business.

    Officers filed the report at approximately 8:10 a.m. on Nov. 3 in the 100 block of South Seth Child Road. Mead Lumber was listed as the victim after an unknown suspect reportedly broke into the business and stole cash from the register along with various tools from the store.

    The estimated total loss is $2,100. No suspects have been identified.
