    Manhattan woman reports $1,000 bicycle theft

    Riley County police are investigating a residential burglary that resulted in the theft of two bicycles in Manhattan.

    Officers filed the report at approximately 8:27 a.m. on Nov. 5 in the 300 block of North 15th Street. A 51-year-old woman was listed as the victim after it was reported that an unknown suspect stole two bicycles from her enclosed porch.

    The total estimated loss in the case is $1,000. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
