Riley County police are investigating a vehicle theft that occurred early Monday morning in Manhattan.
Officers filed the report at approximately 3:12 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2025, in the 200 block of Northfield Drive. A 63-year-old woman reported that a 58-year-old man known to her took her 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe without permission.
The estimated loss from the theft is $5,000. No arrests had been announced at the time of the report.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Riley County Police Department or Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
