Officers filed a report of theft at approximately 8:35 p.m. on Nov. 19 in the 300 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Best Buy was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown male suspect and an unknown female suspect stole two Samsung tablets. Donte Long, 24, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 4:10 p.m. on Nov. 19 in the 900 block of N. Seth Child Road for three counts of possession of marijuana, one count each of distribution of marijuana 450 grams but less than 30 kilograms, distribution of marijuana 25 to 450 grams, possession of hallucinogenic drug, possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance, use of communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation, distribution of a controlled substance with a dosage 10 to 100 units, and domestic battery. These charges stem from reports filed on Nov. 19 and June 13, 2025. Long was issued a total bond of $56,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and criminal threat at approximately 11:30 a.m. on May 21, 2025 in the 7700 block of Stockdale Park Road. Edward Doyle, 82, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 19 in 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and criminal threat. Doyle was issued a total bond of $15,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Theresa Cleveland, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 12:06 p.m. on Nov. 19 in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Saline County District Court warrant for possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; possession of marijuana, two or more convictions; aggravated endangering of a child; use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia. She was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Officers filed a report for possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance; possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; and use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia at approximately 11:14 a.m. on Nov. 19 near Juliette Avenue and Yuma Street. Skylar Henson, 28, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:31 a.m. in the 500 block of S. Julliette Avenue for possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance; possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; and use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia. Henson was issued a total bond of $7,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
