    RCPD: Two 15-year-olds face charges after altercation at Manhattan High

    Manhattan High School West Campus.

    Two 15-year-old students were arrested on Wednesday in connection with an incident at Manhattan High School involving battery and disorderly conduct.

    According to the Riley County Police Department, the arrests occurred at approximately 1 p.m. at 2100 Poyntz Ave., the location of Manhattan High School. The juveniles were taken into custody on several charges, including battery, battery against a school employee, obstructing apprehension or prosecution, and disorderly conduct related to brawling or fighting.

    The juveniles were not confined in the Riley County Jail following the arrest.
