    34-year-old held on $300K bond in child sex crime case

    A Tulsa, Oklahoma man was arrested Friday afternoon on a Riley County District Court warrant stemming from a July 2025 report.

    Riley County Police say 34-year-old Dakota Garner was taken into custody around 5:10 p.m. Dec. 12 in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road. Garner is charged with three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

    He was issued a total bond of $300,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.

    Due to the nature of the offense, no additional information will be released.
