A jury in Riley County District Court found Matthew Dunaey Klingforth guilty of sexual battery Thursday afternoon, but not guilty of rape and aggravated sexual battery.
The verdict came after several hours of deliberation in Klingforth’s trial that started Tuesday. The victim in the matter was a woman he knows who was born in 2003.
The News Radio KMAN does not identify victims of sexual crimes.
