A Manhattan man charged with sex crimes against a child is the same man who has appeared around town dressed as Batman.

Dakotah James Garner, 34, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was arrested by Riley County Police last week for three counts of aggravated indecent liberties; fondling a child under 14 years old.

Garner for at least two years has been appearing in different locations in Manhattan wearing a Batman costume. He posts photos of himself on Facebook under the account “Thomas Wayne (the mhk batman).” He also has posted under the name Bruce Wayne. His photos include some at the City Park playground and splash pad.
