    Officers filed a report for criminal threat, use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant at approximately 11:39 p.m. on Nov. 30 in the 5500 block of Stone Crest Court. Janet McCoy, 24, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 1 a.m. on Dec. 1 for criminal threat, use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant. McCoy was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Jacob Holloway, 30, of Junction City, was arrested at approximately 12:05 p.m. on Nov. 29 in the 1001 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Jackson County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Holloway was issued no bond on this arrest and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail. Holloway was also arrested at approximately 1:55 a.m. on Nov. 29 for theft of property or services from a report filed on Aug. 6.

    Malik Mullins, 26, of Salina, was arrested at approximately 11:45 p.m. on Nov. 29 in the 1001 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of aggravated battery. Mullins was issued a total bond of $100,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of theft at approximately 11:39 a.m. on Nov. 28 in the 1000 block of Westloop Place. KS State Bank was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect cashed a forged check. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $2,500. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report of theft at approximately 10:58 a.m. on Nov. 28 in the 1000 block of Westloop Place. KS State Bank was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect cashed a forged check. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $5,000.     Officers responded to a report of an injury accident at approximately 1:35 p.m. on Nov. 26 in the 12000 block of Green-Randolph Road. Upon arrival, officers found a 1999 Chevy Silverado truck driven by Scott Wohler, 30, of Manhattan, in a single-vehicle rollover accident. Wohler was transported by Life Star to a Kansas City-area hospital for multiple injuries.

    Officers filed a report for possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant and use of communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation at approximately 12:07 p.m. on May 15, 2025 in the 2000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Joshua Padilla, 35, of Manhattan was arrested at approximately 12:25 p.m. on Nov. 26 for possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant and use of communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation. Padilla was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.

    Officers filed a report of theft at approximately 10:29 a.m. on Nov. 26 in the 1200 block of Moro Street. The Alms Group was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect used a deceptive scheme to steal money. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $5,920. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Seth Joyce, 56, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 8:17 a.m. on Nov. 26 in the 1500 block of Oxford Place on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This arrest stems from original charges of violation of a protection order. Joyce was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
