Gabriel Burch, 33, of Ogden, was arrested at approximately 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2025 in the 300 block of Walnut Street on a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation. Burch was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers responded to a report of an injury crash near mile marker 102 on Pillsbury Drive on Dec. 2 at approximately 11:11 a.m. Kansas Highway Patrol responded and filed the crash report while RCPD officers assisted on the crash scene.
