Kelly Carlson, 23, of Manhattan was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant and a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for two counts of failure to appear on December 4, 2025, at approximately 9:15 a.m. These warrants stem from original charges of distribute opiate/opium <3.5 grams, distribution of a controlled substance causing great bodily harm, aggressive dog at large, and no tags or vaccine. Carlson was issued a total bond of $22,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Alan Terry, 58 of Wichita was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for Failure to appear on December 4, 2025, at approximately 2:49 p.m. This warrant stems from an original charge of theft. Terry was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
