    Rock Creek principal to retire at semester’s end

    Rock Creek High School’s principal, Eric Koppes, has announced plans to retire, and he said he’s leaving at the end of the semester.

    Koppes started at Rock Creek in 2012, after five years as principal at Woodrow Wilson Elementary in Manhattan.

    Before that, he taught at Westmoreland Elementary and Rock Creek Junior/Senior High (as it was previously called).
