The victim in a case against a Haysville man said she made a TikTok about  sexual crimes committed against her while she was asleep next to him. She testified Thursday in Riley County District Court during a jury trial for the case.

Matthew Dunaey Klingforth, 18, is charged with rape, aggravated sexual battery and sexual battery against a woman born in 2003. He was arrested on Feb. 24 and pleaded not guilty to all counts during his arraignment June 30.

The Mercury does not identify victims of sexual crimes.
