Riley County Police say 46-year-old Brian Havens was arrested around 6:55 p.m. Dec. 13. The District Court warrant includes charges of possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; failure to appear; probation violation; use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; and trafficking contraband into a correctional or care facility.
