A Topeka woman was arrested early Tuesday morning following a traffic stop in Manhattan.
Riley County Police say officers filed the report around 1:44 a.m. Jan. 27, 2026, in the 2300 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard. The case involved allegations of driving under the influence, driving while suspended and operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock device.
Police arrested Lisa Sullivan, 44, of Topeka, at approximately 2:44 a.m. on all listed charges.
Sullivan was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
